For any parent who is extremely fortunate to have a healthy child,  I am sure you will agree it is impossible to even try and comprehend how parents feel when informed their child is terminally ill.

Having personally known a family who experienced such tragic news, made me determined to help parents & children who are in such tragic circumstances.

Dancingkidz suppport a charity called 'The Neuroblastoma Society' (reg charity 326385) which supports children suffering from Neuroblastoma Cancer.

Neuroblastoma is a solid tumor cancer that mainly occurs in infants and young children. Neuroblastoma rapidly spreads through the body, making it difficult to treat. Nearly 70% of children first diagnosed, have a disease that has already metastasised or spread to other parts of the body.

In the UK children are offered chemotherapy and radiotherapy however, should parents wish to explore pioneering treatment in the USA which may provide their child with a greater success of survival, they need to raise around £250,000 as the UK do not currently offer this treatment.

The Neuroblastoma society look to help families were they can however need donations to allow them to do so.

So far with the generosity of many Cheshire families and the Bank of America who have matched our fundraising efforts, we have helped raise £11,117.09.
